@JazzCash claims Zong confirmed my bundle was activated. I opened my Zong app to check.
It's not there.
Rs. 2,700 taken. Bundle missing. And now a false resolution just to close the case.
This is not resolved.

@JazzCash called me yesterday. Not to refund. Not to resolve. Just to ask me to be patient.
9 days of patience wasn't enough. Now they want more.

Every day I tweet, @JazzCash replies with the same escalation message and does nothing.
So here's mine: Rs. 2,700. Failed transaction. 8 days. No refund.

@JazzCash has had a week to fix a failed transaction. Instead I got 7 days of copy-paste replies.

Every single time I follow up, I get a copy-paste response. First it was "under review by the relevant team." Then it became "escalated to the appropriate team via email."
Different words. Same nothing.

How can a simple failed recharge take 5 days and still not have a clear outcome?
If the package can't be activated, return the customer's money. It shouldn't be this difficult.

Day 3 and still no resolution.
Rs. 2,700 was deducted from my account for a Zong monthly package via @JazzCash, yet the package remains inactive. Every day I receive the same generic reply asking me to stay connected via DM, but the actual issue remains unresolved.
