@marvistavoice So what should we do if people don't want to be housed under the conditions that the city and all the various groups of service providers require?
@BryantOdega 4 years of being unable to enforce contracts
4 years of eviction moratoriums for unpaid rent
4 years of no rent increases
4 years of being called evil by political leaders and 'youngdems'
You better believe landlords are gonna put up some hurdles for new tenants.
@SenoritaJess@thenewYorkBlvd@LASchools@LAUSDSup There are many different unions and clearly, two of the major ones have recent labor actions that got results. Which part of the LAUSD employee family is your sister?
@seandsweeney All of his stories ring true but then layer on the city of Los Angeles rules that put a moratorium on rent increases and enforcing contracts. Hard to charge enough to price sensitive owners to make it work for the amount of time involved. C class properties are usually smaller
@GRomePow You are saying that this was published in 2023 and there is widespread occupancy fraud today?
You are leaving out critical information in your claim and acting like no one is talking about something that may be from a decade ago.
@thenewYorkBlvd@LASchools@LAUSDSup Not to call this out as misinformation but pretty much every employee of the LAUSD received cost of living increases and major pay increases. https://t.co/nIwc1Bh22Y
@sho_lushinvests@eCommission In other ads, she touts how valuable it is to spend expensive, borrowed money on marketing. It is totally predatory and targets realtors that are often struggling with not being able to pay their bills.
@sho_lushinvests@eCommission Yeah, here she is 7years ago pitching this overpriced, usurous crap. Imagine paying 30% or more annual commissions to them... https://t.co/NvGGa84Apa
Los Angeles County real estate is observably slower in 2023. June 2023 has 20% fewer closed sales compared to June 2022 and 34% fewer new listings. Everything is cyclical but right now, there are just very few homes for sale here. #LosAngeles
@sho_lushinvests Bleh, She's just another predator in the real estate industry. Her connection to @eCommission and their 'factoring' loans show that she's just an old shark taking advantage of realtors.
@bett_yu@CHPSanFrancisco@CHPoakland@KPIXtv Imagine how much fun this was and how positive it would be to have the help of our community to encourage healthy and public rides like this.
@shawngorham Good for you for not being an evangelist. Growing up in a multi-religious household and community I learned to say thank you to any that offered to pray for me. But mostly, they offered to pray that I would be saved by their version of god. Faith is important and valuable.
