1 reason I love the gym so much is cuz your body will trick you into giving up & into thinking your threshold for pain is low but if you have a strong mind and can hold out just enough you can surpass preconceived physical limitations. That + therapy 🤌🏽

We celebrated our familys August bdays along w/my uncle who has been 35 yrs sober. My uncle who Ive rarely seen in a sleeved shirt even at funerals wore a whole shirt today & brought his AA token that he made. Even got choked up. 35 yrs is longer than I been alive. Thats wild.
