I started a startup.

Launched a private marketplace for life settlements in early Jan.

Been bootstrapping it.

My dad is a seasoned insurance broker, we were able to facilitate a couple of transactions on our platform months 0 to 2 because of his clientele.

Learned a ton.

In march we brought on a third cofounder.

Just last week, weeks before our public launch - they informed me they are stepping away as a cofounder and proposed to transition into more of an advisor role.

So right now, i’m currently on Angellist figuring out how to repurchase shares (we incorporated there) to adjust… on top of the other 8 priority to-do’s I have to do.

Im sharing this because - the startup journey is just that: a journey.

If you truly believe in what you’re doing, understand that the highs aren’t that high and the lows aren’t that low, and throughout all the ups and downs - focus on playing the long game and no matter what, keep doing what you can to push things forward - day by day.
