After 3 months of waiting for an evaluation, I just got a call from @LouisVuitton care expert. Turns out my 1Ksneakers, bought a few months ago and are not even leather, the paint is peeling. Instead of solution, I was offered to pay $193 for repairs! Is this the luxury service?
