@_ZachGriff@AmericanAir Doesn’t surprise me one bit. I flew flagship first from JFK to FCO. The service wasn’t much better than business class. And neither was the food. One positive was the seat swiveled and you could look straight out the window. The Chelsea lounge at JFK is a huge plus though.
@AmericanAir I knew you would say that about the seat being inoperable. Not the case here. I checked with both FAs and they are equally mystified as to why this seat went empty. . Both FAs are blaming gate agent. BTW FA in coach is doing an incredible job. You need more like him.
@AmericanAir 3/5/26 flight 3015 ORD/MIA, and you let a seat in first class go empty??? 1B. Seriously? Plenty of us Exec Plats on the list to take this seat. Plane boarded and left on time. What’s the point of working so hard to earn the benefits of status? Epic fail. Hello United
@BoardingArea@PointsWithACrew There’s plenty of awful Priority Pass lounges. The one at Savannah wins my vote for the worst. Very tiny, accommodates like 30 people. No food. Only snacks and soft drinks. Closes early and staff is unfriendly. Not much of a reason to even go in there.
@AmericanAir flight 610 MIA to ORD. Plane departs with seven empty seats in first class and gate agents and FAs couldn’t be bothered to process any upgrades. What’s the point of being Exec Platinum?
Two Icons, One Town. And what an incredible town you are. Thanks Sydney!! You are amazing!! @ Opera House & Sydney Harbour Bridge https://t.co/llDQYWkJTD
