@parcelforce Where is my parcel? Due to be delivered yesterday, now showing today however the van on the tracking hasn't moved in hours which is exactly the same as what happened yesterday!! Parcelforce app says it is Royal Mail, Royal Mail says Parcelforce! I need this today!

@ThreeUKSupport you have incorrectly recorded a default on my husbands Three account 10 days after her paid off the contract in full!! We now cannot get a mortgage and are likely to lose our £5000 deposit on the house and the house itself!!!! Sort it out 😡😡
