lattekim deserves so much better, and i genuinely mean that. i don’t read a lot of novels, but i’ve seen so many recommendations on my timeline of novels that people think would be perfect for them, so hearing kim say that dmd still hasn’t found the “right” one for them, and that they don’t want to invest in a big novel because their fanbase isn’t that big, genuinely makes me so frustrated. gurl, WHAT??? isn’t giving them a big, popular novel one of the ways to help them reach more people and grow their fanbase in the first place??? how are they supposed to get bigger opportunities if they aren’t even given the chance to prove themselves in a main lead series? what are we doing here, dmd?

it just hurts knowing that lattekim have been with the company for years, and they’re still the only couple who haven’t gotten their own main lead series. they’ve worked hard, they’ve been here, and they deserve the same chance to show everyone what they’re capable of. i’m not saying that finding the right project is easy, but you can’t keep talking about a fanbase being too small as if that should be the reason not to invest in them. sometimes you have to believe in your artists enough to give them the opportunity to grow. lattekim deserve that chance just as much as anyone else.

and to my precious lattekim, please know that none of this changes how much you deserve. you deserve all the good things in this world, every opportunity, every recognition, every bit of love, and every success that comes your way. i hope you never doubt your own potential or forget how many people are rooting for you. i truly believe your time will come someday, and when it does, i hope the world gets to see everything i’ve always wanted you two to have. you are meant for big things, and i believe you will get there. thank you for these two years, for everything you’ve given us, and for continuing to be yourselves. i love you two so much. happy 2 years, my loves. i’ll always be rooting for you 🤍
