6 - Adjust along the way and be happy knowing its a journey.
Don't do it if you lose yourself in the process. Take it from me, when you hang your happiness on the validation of an outcome... you instantly lose all fulfillment from the process if you miss.

Want to lose fat?
Stop focusing on the weight you want to lose but the habits that get you there... Suggestions below.
5.2 - Healthy fat loss (without too many sode effects) is 1-2% of your bodyweight per week.
Track weight room progress, body measurements and clothes too. The more data the better. Unless you're neurotic, then hire someone to take you out your own head.
5.1 - Track progress.
Things are going to slow down, stop working or change.
Your life will change and so should your approach.
Step on the scales and don't worry about daily changes. Look for a weekly trend.
4 - want to look good while losing weight?
Ear more protein and lift weights.
Start with 3-4 big servings of protein per day.
Protein shakes, high protein yoghurt, meat, fish, eggs (not in any specific order)
Then lift weights 2-4 x week for 30-60 minutes
3 - Fiugre out a way to move more.
It's a Calorie equation...
Eat less, move more, that's where you start.
Walking, playing sport, jigging, working out.
At the start, it doesn't matter.
Start now, get perfect later.
2 - Figure out a way yo eat less that you can do now.... and 1 year from now.
Quick wins are great hut rarely sustainable.
This will take time.
Counting Calories, fasting, Keto... they all work. But are they sustainable for YOU?
1 - Firstly, unconventional, but know why you want to lose fat.
If you're happy a bit chubby, then when it comes time to give up your favourite food, the deep intrinsic motivator won't be there.
So find your "why" and the "what" will become easier
What's the best thing to do when you're going off track with your health?
The basics.
The basics work, but most importantly, you can stick to them for a long time.
2 - Success isn't about doing perfect tasks, it's about staying in the game long enough without giving up that determines success.
Now if you want speed, that's a different story, speed is high risk and comes at a cost.
