@airindia it's been more than a month that we have been waiting for a refund of the ticket we booked where the money was deducted but ticket was not issued. From last one month, we are regularly calling your customer support but sadly they are not helping. Can someone help us?

@designkevin777@airindia Even we are waiting for our refund from last month. The money got deducted and ticket was never issued. Their team said the refund would come in two weeks so please book tickets again. We booked the tickets again but the refund has not been initiated yet.
It's been so frustrating calling @airindia customer support every day just to hear that sorry our staff in India timezone is not available now our Australia staff is not available. I have been forced to put this on social media after sending many emails and not getting solution.
@SwiggyCares Your team is not giving any solution over the email. I am again attaching the images of food received and bill. Hopefully @Swiggy can clearly see that the entire package is spoiled cause of spillage and connot be consumed. Thus a refund of only Rs. 45 doesn't make sense.
@Swiggy is the worst. The amount paid by me for an order was 375 and all the items received are spilled and cannot be consumed (pic attached) but @SwiggyCares thinks that the refund amount should be 45 rs. And the best thing is they closed conversation without even knowing query

So, yesterday I ordered birthday flowers from @Floweraura with a beautiful birthday wish as a msg and guess what @Floweraura sent my friend a sad msg with mention of depression. Can you believe that? Instead of making someone's day they are ruining to the worst!! Worst experience
So this happened. @zomato reduced our delivery radius to 4 kms because we dint agree to increase commissions. In 3 days our direct orders shot up and customers started reaching out to us directly. One such message came just now & I couldnโt resist sharing. Lesson : โ
