BC Swimming took go for gold to the next level by finishing the ODAC Championships this weekend with 140 lifetime best times, 26 podium positions, 16 school records, six top-three swims, a 200 IM champion and Coach Gwynn Harrison bringing home ODAC Coach of the Year! 🏊🥇

In regards to the girls’ cross country team….

Our top 7 runners have a combined 35 years of running experience with CMS/AHS. That’s an average of 5 years per person.

Lots of miles, speed work, time in the weightroom.

Success takes time and hard work. 👍🏼
