In #act4 Macbeth's attitude towards the witches is very demanding. Now that Macbeth experienced strong power, his desire for more increases. Going as far as murdering loyal friends, scheming with witches, even committing murder in his sleep, to get what he wants.#muddybuddies

@HudecJack I agree. When Macbeth kills Macduff's wife and children, it just shows the audience how evil Macbeth really is. Especially since they are innocent and show no threat to Macbeth at all.

@RMaanS23 I agree, Macbeth's fear that his crimes will be uncovered increases greatly as the story goes on. In scene 4 during the feast, he sees Banquo's ghost seated at his place. This symbolizes Macbeth's guilt.

Lady Macbeth quotes, "Nought’s had, all’s spent Where our desire is got without content." Here we see she is starting to realize how much they have sacrificed for nothing. The advantages of the position of power they desired are outweighed by their fear and remorse. #muddybuddies
