At my rock bottom, I had no motivation to do anything other than eat and sleep. The thing that got me out of it was playing a game called Polytopia. I told myself just play one more game and Iโll get out of this funk and slowly I rebuilt myself from thatโฆ.also watching the Gandalf vs Balrog scene on YouTube hundreds of times. I guess my tip is, no matter how small, just keep moving forward even if itโs just playing a game on your phone.
The actor played Elrond very well. The show is rough to watch to be honest. While I don't think it's as bad as the Hobbit movies, I wish it was more book accurate. I know it's impossible to make a word for word remake, but it is just very depressing. All the work Tolkien and his son have put into this world, it's a shame.
@Rosie_Gamgee_ From a male perspective, not sure how I compare to other men, this is very attractive. It just feels like a classy style of beauty. I see why you say it is extra though haha. I would spot you out of crowd much faster over some of these more modern style outfits.
I find that I agree with you on a lot of things, but I definitely do not want this. Don't get me wrong, it's amazing that technology has come this far, but the new Odyssey movie really wasn't that bad or as much of a let down as people described it to be. Pretty good movie overall. I wouldn't watch it again, which says a lot, but worth going to see.
@buyukbaba2@goodreads I am obsessed with everything Ron Chernow. I live in St. Louis and actually worked at Jefferson Barracks at one point in my life, so the Grant book really opened my eyes to all the history around me.
While they were greatly dissapointing movies except for a few scenes, I didnโt mind Legolas being in them since we could reasonably assume he was in the area during that part of the timeline. Though, the writing for his character was substantially unsatisfactory compared to the LOTR movies. Sad mark on the Tolkien Franchise. Long live Tolkien!
