@vrbo I am sharing a major breach of contract involving your customer support team. I booked a 2bedroom condo in Sint Maarten for a workcation. on VRBO. One day before we arrived we saw on a different site that the condo complex was under construction

So VRBO contacted me on Twitter DM only to say I hadn't responded to the email which is not true and I have the email responses to prove it! I've been using VRBO for over a decade and this is the first issue I've had and how they are responding is ridiculous.

FYI Look at this condo complex. You can see straight through the building. No way this should have been offered for rental. At a minimum it should have been fully disclosed which it was not.
