1. The candidate is anyway using their PTO.
2. Within first 2 weeks, no-one has gotten to their peak contributing capacity anyway, that them not being available will jeopardise the business.

It isn't unethical, though could've been informed about.

Since all social media platforms are algo driven, specifically catering to our tastes, biases & preferences; OTT platforms too should lean into it.
If I watch something, or want to remove something from my feed (*cough*biggboss*cough) it should then fine-tune my feed as per that!

Kept both.
Eventually switched to iPhone with both sims in 1 phone (1 physical, 1 e-sim)
Never looked back.
All android apps are there on apple app store anyway.
It feels weird/different for a week at max.
Convenience is forever.
