Oh I'm very familiar with the legal process. My lawyers are hoping you are the one they will be going up against in court, and based on what we've seen from you in the last 24 hours, it doesn't look like they'll even break a sweat. Good luck ☺️
While you may choose to dismiss the notice and mock the process, let it be made absolutely clear, mocking Indian values, culture, and Sanatan Dharma is not without consequences. What you call sarcasm is, in reality, a targeted insult, and we do not take it lightly.
Sanatan Dharma has withstood centuries of invasions, distortions, and bigotry, and it will not bow to your selective outrage or veiled contempt. Legal action is not a threat; it is a duty we owe to Dharma and to justice.
Since you seem unfamiliar with the legal process, let me walk you through it, not because I seek your validation as a “good lawyer” (I don’t), but so there’s no ambiguity. Before approaching the court, a formal police complaint is filed, which is already in process. Once procedural requirements are met, we will move to the appropriate legal forum.
We will see you in court. 🙂
"Legal action awaits if he defies the deadline"
If you were paying attention to the notice that YOU sent, you'd know that the deadline has been defied.
File your case. We'll see you in court.
And while you're at it, hire a good lawyer.
His Cunning Defense Exposed in Reply to Rejoinder (June 2025):
Hiding Behind “Art”: Deftly calls mocking Pahalgam attack (26 deaths) “satire,” evading accountability for hurting victims’ families.
Misusing Free Speech: Claims Article 19(1)(a) shields insulting @AmitShah Ji and calling Bharat a “fucking country,” ignoring legal boundaries.
Deflecting Blame: Equates his comedy to political rallies, sidestepping his insults to Bharat Mata & Maatru Devo Pitru Devo Bhava.
Arrogant Legal Taunt: Invites lawsuits, relying on followers’ support to amplify fame, showing no remorse.
Deceptive Political Ploy: Challenges us to file cases against 3 politicians for hate speech to remove the video, a blatant diversion.
Mocking Culture: Dismisses Sanatana Dharma & Vedic values as “references,” scorning Hindu sentiments.
His cunning weaves legal jargon & manipulative tactics to dodge responsibility. His followers’ vile comments mirror his crass comedy, deepening the hurt.
We urge Indians to reject this deceit & uphold #BharatMata #CulturalRespect.
Legal action awaits if he defies the deadline.

I would suggest that hiding behind sarcasm does not absolve one from accountability. Mocking terror attacks, demeaning Bharat Mata, and ridiculing Sanatan values isn’t satire, it’s a conscious insult to millions.
And if you're genuinely concerned about online abuse, I hope you’re equally vocal when Hindus are mocked, abused, or threatened, including in your own content.
Let’s not deflect. Let’s be honest.
Freedom of Speech or Freedom to Insult Bharat Mata?
Comedian @absolutelydanny, in his reply to the legal notice served by Adv. @AdkarMakarand and Adv. Amita Sachdeva, attempts to justify his derogatory YouTube video and X post by hiding behind the shield of Article 19(1)(a), claiming it as "freedom of expression."
In his response, he shockingly defends mocking the tragic Pahalgam terror attack, ridicules Hon’ble Home Minister @AmitShah, and disgustingly remarks that India is so filled with hate it could export it to other countries, all of which he dismisses as mere "satire."
What’s even more appalling is the cheering from his followers, who echo his tasteless mockery with vile and juvenile remarks, completely disregarding the hurt such content causes. For this so-called comedian, Bharat, whom Hindus revere as Bharat Mata, is reduced to being just a "fucking country," and our sacred values of Matru Devo Bhava, Pitru Devo Bhava are made the butt of his jokes.
Would such freedom be tolerated if the subject of his mockery belonged to another religion? Is this selective outrage and brazen contempt for Hindu sentiments acceptable in the name of comedy?

You're attributing somebody else's words to me? Is this a trick you learned in law school? 😊
Who stretched the idea of freedom of expression to include threats of rape and violence your RW fans dish out like dessert I wonder then? 🤔
You're unravelling ma'am. Have some ☕.
