@UberIN_Support The trip never started. The driver who was assigned cancelled and you could not find me an alternative till the scheduled time. I had to cancel the reserve and book another ride last minute and got delayed. What's the point of reserving a ride days ago if I am unable to travel?

@makemytripcare booked hotel via MMT. It was a non refundable booking with the option of one time date change allowed. Couldn't go due to family emergency. Changed the date. MMT changed my all meal plan to CP. WHY? Shouldn't that be something you let the customer know in advance?

@IFBAppliances technician visited on 25th after raising complaint. Since then all we are being told is the part is not available. How long should we stay without a washing machine? Or is it that it's under warranty & you won't be getting money out of this its being delayed

@IFBAppliances Earlier we were told it will be done next day. Then it became Monday. Then Wednesday. It's already 10 days now and we have to spend money on @just_snabbit for laundry in which there is no guarantee if they will do it properly. Why don't you have parts for your own products?
