The basic pillar of EA RR is Sr-Jr clause which can't be ignored. So, it is requested to BOARD to kindly issue a clarification regarding the same.

@cbic_india 29.12.2022 से आज 13.01.2023 हो चुका है मतलब 16 दिन निकल चुके है पर अभी तक आपकी तरफ़ से clarification ना मिलने की वजह से हर जोन में DPC रुकी हुई है। हम पर कृपया करे और जल्द से जल्द clarification देकर सारे zones को तुरंत DPC करने का आदेश दे🙏🏻!

आपके आदेशानुसार शुरू हुये OTR के प्रपोजल को आप अंतिम अनुमोदन कर @cbic_india में तुरंत लागू करवायें, इससे लगभग 2500 नये रोजगार सृजित होंगे जो कि माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी द्वारा चलाये गये रोजगार मेला मिशन को सफल बनायेगा।
