Finally, on 22nd June Fedex called to say they probably located the misplaced bag. My daughter identified it by color, texture and brand. One might have thought she would get the prodigal bag in 2-3 days..

Every ccall to support is like a new ticket. No one has a clue as to what transpired earlier. They do not update status in any way - though they promised email updates during every call. But that is so much empty words with no intent to act.

My daugther sent 3 bags from Santa Clara, CA to Goshen, IN on 4th June by FedEx. Two bags arrived on 10th June. The 3rd bag still has not been delivered as on 26th June.
She has called customer support almost twice everyday from 15th June.

@IDFCFIRSTBank Your inconsistent slip is showing - you repect by privacy by refraining to call people who have NOT signed up. And register in our DNB not to be disturbed. Conclusion = world, if you do not exclude yourself by registering in their DNB, then you are fair game for their spam.
@IDFCFIRSTBank is the biggest spammer in india. You spam millions everyday with your robocaller. You call from different originating numbers everyday. If your service is as stupid & insulting as your spam you deserve NO new business from the millions you pain daily
