To the diabetic patients, especially the Type 2 ones, I have fulfilled my part and you have also done your part(Saving lives through the mantra of " Stop talking sugar and Wheat, you will be chronic diseases free".

There are many persons from the eastern African countries who have underline that message and mantra.
There are thousands innocent lives healed and saved by stopping sugar and wheat.

There are thousands that didn't know that they " Celiac disease" as a results of their wheat intake for more than 20years and when they stopped wheat, they are able to walk and feel themselves.

There are thousands that had serious bowel issues ;
There are thousands with strange auto immune disorders that even our normal systems failed to detect but when wheat was removed miraculously gotten Healed.

The relationship between sugar intake, wheat and diseases killing our people is clear for everyone to see.

Stay healthy and strong
Avoid what is going to kill and incapacitate you.

If you are think you are too young to stop sugar, ask the 40years plus brothers and sisters lives and how they are struggling with chronic health conditions.
