@Kohls I had two other items in the order (that were shipped) that the Kohl’s Cash could apply to, so why won’t they just refund me the full $29.95 that they erroneously charged me? I love @Kohls and shop there often so this is infuriating.

Had to call @Kohls customer service THREE TIMES this morning and still haven’t gotten the refund I deserve. They charged my credit card for an in-store pickup order that got canceled (which they specifically say in writing they’re not supposed to do) but still won’t refund me.

They refunded me partly but kept $10.70 “because of Kohl’s cash,” even though Kohl’s cash is only $10, and they weren’t even supposed to charge me in the first place because I never picked it up!! I feel like I’m going crazy. Any chance someone will refund me the total, @Kohls?
