@reclaimchennai Due to rising cost of fuel,spares & heavy traffic in arterial roads, MTC may give priority to connect residential localities with nearest railway/metro stations with standee buses for more passengers with flat rate. This will help to wipe out loss & settlement to retired staff.

In order to further enhance operational efficiency and improve commuter suburban services, the timings of suburban train services in the #ChennaiBeach – #Tambaram – #Chengalpattu section have been revised with effect from 01.06.2026 (Monday).

The revised weekday timetable (Monday to Saturday) is furnished in Annexure A, and the revised timetable for Sunday services is furnished in Annexure B.
