@IncognitoMV @thesundaysport Yep, it doesn't take much more than regular minimal lifting. I used to be a bricklayer. 1 little brick at a time, 500 times a day for a few months, and you could beat anyone in a left-arm arm wrestle (except perhaps a scaffolder)
