24 hour brine in Meat Church turkey spiced brine, beer, oranges, lemons, apples, garlic and onions. Then covered in Dukes mayo for binder and Meat Church Texas Sugar and The Gospel rubs… about 6 hours on the Traeger at 275 and we got some good eatin 🤪🍗
