I researched this issue, and thousands of creators are facing serious problems with “Circumvention Policy” enforcement.

Some creators fight for 4–5 months or even longer, only to finally have their channels restored after being wrongly terminated.

If mistakes can happen, then why must creators lose months of their lives fighting to get basic justice?
My channel was terminated under this Circumvention Policy, even though I have committed no violation.

I have been creating on YouTube for 4 years. Years of hard work, a community, and a creator’s future should not depend on an automated decision.

WORST YEAR OF MY LIFE 💔

My life’s work was taken away from me.

My YouTube channel, Facto Crafter, was terminated with over 943,000 subscribers.

I spent years building this channel, uploading shorts and creating Animal Facts content that I recorded and edited myself.

Every view, every subscriber, every milestone, and every memory meant something to me.

I was to close to 1 Million Subscriber. I had finally reached a point where years of hard work felt like they were paying off.

But 29 Nov 2025 Morning My Channel was removed due to "Circumvention policy"

I still don’t understand which other terminated channel YouTube linked to my channel, Facto Crafter, and why my channel was removed because of it.

I’ve appealed, but I’m asking

to please take another look and have a human manually review my channel.

WORST YEAR OF MY LIFE 💔

My life’s work was taken away from me.

My YouTube channel, Facto Crafter, was terminated with over 943,000 subscribers.

I spent years building this channel, uploading shorts and creating Animal Facts content that I recorded and edited myself.

Every view, every subscriber, every milestone, and every memory meant something to me.

I was to close to 1 Million Subscriber. I had finally reached a point where years of hard work felt like they were paying off.

This was my VERIFIED channel with 943K+ subscribers. I spent almost 4 years creating content, building an audience, and growing a real community on YouTube.

But YouTube claimed my channel was connected to another terminated account.

Here is the important part:

The channel YouTube associated with me is NOT mine:

I did NOT create it.
I do NOT own it.
I have never controlled or operated it.

The two accounts have different ownership and account information. My email, phone number, device information, and personal details are not shared with that channel.

There is also another important factor: I use router Wi-Fi/public IP that can be shared by unrelated people in the same area.

A shared network or matching public IP does NOT automatically mean two YouTube channels belong to the same person.

I completely understand why YouTube has a Circumvention Policy. I am not asking YouTube to ignore its rules.

I am simply asking for the actual evidence to be checked.

Please don't let an automated association erase nearly 4 YEARS of work and a VERIFIED channel with 943K+ subscribers.
