बड़ौत के जनता वैदिक कॉलेज में पढ़ रही पश्चिम बंगाल की छात्रा के साथ जबरन कुत्ते से कटवाने की हुई घटना को 2 महीने बीत जाने के बाद भी कोई कार्रवाई न होने पर ABVP कार्यकर्ताओं ने कोतवाली का घेराव किया।।
