जम्मू कश्मीर के कठुआ जिला के सुनील उपाध्याय नगर में आयोजित अखिल भारतीय विद्यार्थी परिषद के जम्मू कश्मीर प्रांत के 61वें प्रदेश अधिवेशन में शामिल होकर गौरवान्वित महसूस कर रहा हूं।

जम्मू कश्मीर में छात्र जीवन के दौरान विद्यार्थी परिषद के साथ कार्य करने का सौभाग्य मिला इसलिए यह मेरी कर्मभूमि भी है।

एक कार्यकर्ता के रूप के संघर्ष करते हुए इस प्रदेश से, इस क्षेत्र से बहुत सारी यादें जुड़ी हैं जो आज इस मंच पर पहुंचते ही फिर से ताजा हो गई।

ज्ञान- शील- एकता के साथ देश के युवाओं में व्यक्तित्व और चरित्र निर्माण में विद्यार्थी परिषद का अतुलनीय योगदान है।

देश के एक से एक व्यक्तित्व को विद्यार्थी परिषद ने न केवल गढ़ा है बल्कि उसे सजाया और संवारा भी है।

यह कारवां इसी तरह आगे बढ़ता रहे यही मेरी शुभकामनाएं हैं।

इस अधिवेशन के सफलतापूर्वक आयोजन हेतु ABVP के सभी कार्यकर्ताओं को साधुवाद।
