@SecRubio Secretary Rubio, Bolivia has gone too long without a U.S. ambassador. As a U.S. citizen with family in Bolivia, this is personal. Families are hurting from fuel shortages and instability. I’d gladly step forward to serve as Ambassador and help strengthen real solutions.
