@SamsungIndia Got my ACs reinstalled after relocation. Your technician charged more than 15k in the name of copper pipes, ducting tape, stand, labour etc charges.

I am being asked to pay for dish and LNB while relocating, because your installation agent did not mark my connection as MDU and there is no record on your system.

That means your installation agent stole 3 nos. dish antenna and LNB on my MDU connection last year.
