@AmazonHelp Raised return pick up of faulty fan since 29th May, no one contacted for pickup.
Spoke to customer care twice and that raised pickups on 31st again, still no pick up or refund.

Connecting to customer care agent has been progressively a nightmare. Escalate this, call me, fix this morons.
