@plumbeans Things like the map glitch are unrelated to the event data, so no. But I would not be surprised if goemon modder stumbles across that data soon, if they haven't already.

By comparing the Goemon event dumps, I was able to find and restore every instance of a dummied voice line (including two dogs barking) in the English version of Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon.

For whatever reason, this dog is the only NPC in the Japanese version of Goemon 64 to use his own unique boldface version of an exclamation point. (see the first line)

In Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon, every single restaurant has unique dialogue when you try to buy food with exactly zero Ryo. In fact, there's separate dialogue for both the chef and the hostess, totaling 11 messages that you're very unlikely to see in a normal playthrough.

@Vocetubeia I'm not sure if I'd be able to easily find the relevant data but I agree that would be a good thing to add. I'll put it on the list of things to investigate.

MNSG: There's ~9k bytes of what appears to be (plaintext) debug error messages for various animations that gets loaded into RAM along with the game engine. A small selection is shown here. "SAIYA_AURA" likely refers to Goemon's Sudden Impact transformation.
