@virginmedia You could send someone to Mars and back in the time it’s taking you to fix this. What issue could be so big that takes two whole weeks to fix? You’re a billion pound company. Not good enough.

@virginmedia you have left my 71 year old mother without internet and TV since 18th July due to a “problem in the area” and now you’re saying it won’t be fixed until 31st July? Two whole weeks you’ve left an elderly person completely isolated with no form of entertainment.

How can it take two whole weeks to fix a problem? That’s not good enough. I’m going there today and getting her set up with another provider. And don’t even try to stop her leaving because you have defaulted on the contract by not providing a service.

@DC_Wales My mum is a 70 year old woman who doesn’t drive and will never leave the country, why should she pay for photo ID just to order a prescription?

@DC_Wales The surgery has my phone number on file… I got the code sent to my phone… that should be plenty to prove who I am…photo ID is not needed and it prevents so many people accessing the service… not very accessible at all.

@DC_Wales As long as you pay for photo ID 🤣 I cannot believe that people are expected to have photo ID (which most elderly people won’t have) to order a prescription… it’s just unacceptable.

#BGT  gutted for amber and the dogs.. I love dog acts but I have to say those boys were far too talented to choose a pair of dogs over them. Whether you like that type of music or not.. The right decision was made.

@piersmorgan To say this is unfair would be like saying no naturally larger built women can compete either.. some women are built bigger than others… trans women are on hormones and their testosterone levels must be under a certain level to compete. I don’t see the issue.

@CwmbranHigh please can you sort out the lunch times.. three days this week my son has come home starving because the queue was too long.. no child should be left unable to get a dinner.. this has been going on far too long now. I’m considering going to the Argus about it.
