Youtube has demonetized me about a month ago. This channel was something that I worked very hard on for over 5 years.

I would record and edit deep into the night while during the day I would work several part time jobs to keep paying my bills. This was a very hard challenge but I saw strong potential in myself and youtube as a partner.

Finally after many years of steady youtube income, I took the jump and started becoming a full time creator. I was able to do something that I loved doing so much and worked for so hard.

141 000 subscribers
Over 5 years of hard work
Almost 500 videos.

Then one day out of the blue on Aug 19th, 2026 my channel got demonetized for a term I have never heard before. "MISLEADING Family content that contains sexual content and violence"

If you have watched my channel, you would know that all my parenting parody skits are marked for 13 years and above and 100 percent DO NOT have any sexual content. I take that very seriously. I don't have any copyright claims or community strikes. I followed the policies strictly and respected them.

I contacted youtube many times and asked them to look into this. Everytime I would receive the same automated message reply with no info of what really happened and what videos caused it. I have worked so hard on this channel and within one night everything was taken from me as a creator and as a person.

Imagine if someone fired you, kept your last months earnings, and just gave as a reason "You are a misleading employee but we can't give you an exact example of what you did. I know we never wrote you up or warned you about this but you are fired as of today, so goodbye"

My livelihood depends on this and I ask you to please have a human reviewer look at my channel again. @TeamYouTube @nealmohan @YouTube

Took a few days break from reaching out to YouTube to clear my head.

My mental health has not been in its best state recently.

Came back to stil being demonetized for absolutely no reason.

Like I said before, Ill say it again. Im not going to give up

@TeamYouTube I want you to look at what you are doing to your creators and how it is affecting them.

Real people!!

Each struggling to get back what was unfairly taken from them.

We deserve transparency and we deserve respect!!

Stop giving us AI automated answers. It's not a nice way to treat creators that have dedicated their hard work on your platform!!!

Restore our monetization!!!!!

What if a creator’s post doesn’t go viral? Does that mean their voice doesn’t matter?

Not every creator has millions of views or a huge following. But every creator deserves to be heard when something goes wrong.

If YouTube stops listening to creators simply because their posts don’t get enough attention, the platform risks losing the trust of the very community that built it.

We don’t want special treatment. We want equality, transparency, and a fair chance for every creator.
