We want to give all of our tenants the opportunity to achieve a better quality of life. That is why we’ve set up our When It’s Needed Fund, giving our tenants the chance to afford the same opportunities as their peers.

Great to see our Tenant Committee Chair Jane attend the @tpasengland national tenants conference this week. I'm sure she will be bringing back lots of really useful information and suggestions on how we can improve our engagement with tenants
Recently, our CLAS Project Manager, Gerry Cano, featured in @HousingDigital_ talking about the rising levels of child poverty across the UK, and why we must not let our MPs continue to ignore this issue.

Thrilled to announce @RSHEngland has upgraded us to the highest rating possible for #governance & #financialviability! This rare move recognises our well-governed & financially stable organisation in the context of the #CostOfLiving & economic uncertainty. https://t.co/PvudMoOLzx
We are delighted to share that our team at Corona House #Cambridge has received a £42,000 grant from the lovely people @TheEvelynTrust to help us support more vulnerable women in the Cambridge community. https://t.co/62pGmKlDCI 🧡
Thanks @jeremysallis@BBCCambs for your #CostOfLiving special feature yesterday and speaking to our #NewHorizons advisor Amanda who explained the support we offer to help people get back into work (1:53) - if you are looking for support have a listen https://t.co/71drBsGKR3
1/2 Whilst we heard plenty of policy announcements in the Chancellor's spring statement last week, there are significant gaps still to be addressed, importantly the lack of mention for #UKSPF.
How long would a Universal Credit claimant on the NLW have to work to make up the £20 cut? NINE hours if they pay tax and NI. Ask yourself if you could do more than another day's work each week?
If only this were true. A Universal Credit claimant on the National Living Wage will take a home as little as £2.24 from an extra hour’s work. A small increase in working hours will be nowhere near enough to cover the £20 a week cut coming their way next month.
“Hope … means another world might be possible” — Sophia Parker https://t.co/3oVccuiKem some living in hope pointers, timely and personally helpful - thanks @mssophiaparker
Thank you to everyone who has already voted in the @HopkinsHomes Cambridgeshire Charity Vote - we need as many votes as possible so we can help more young people like 'Josh' facing #homelessness so please click on the link and vote for CHS https://t.co/3DhUrVTEya
If, like us, you think it takes a village to raise a young person then please consider voting for us in this public vote: https://t.co/7c3ULQPriS. You'd enable us to set up a mentoring scheme in #Cambs. Many thanks
