@GetSpectrum is LITERALLY the worst internet service imaginable. By far the most expensive, and it goes down ALL THE TIME. Often without warning or any reason. Word of advice to anyone: DO NOT GET SPECTRUM. Ever. Ever.

@Ask_Spectrum this is UNACCEPTABLE. The first 2 agents couldn't even locate my account with full, verified credentials. The 1st agent ended the chat so abruptly without even saying bye. Told me to go to a Spectrum store and literally ended the chat. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

@PopularLNRSKRWG I am SO relieved I'm not the only one! I near had a heart attack when I connected to 2 different agents on chat who said they couldn't even locate my account. Magically, the 3rd agent found it and said everything's down due to an outage 😫🤦‍♀️
