@binance@cz_binance@okx — how are your compliance teams not paying attention to this?
Ordinary BitMart users have been unable to withdraw even $1 for almost a month, while their stated daily withdrawal limits are only $500–$2,000. Yet much larger transfers continue to leave wallets associated with BitMart.
Who is authorizing these transfers? Who controls the receiving accounts? Why are large transactions being processed while ordinary users cannot withdraw even $1?
Please investigate these transactions, preserve all relevant KYC and transaction records, and identify the ultimate beneficiaries of these funds.
Forgot ro mention, that a few hours prior to Bitmart shut down, they disabled screenshots in our work app Lark, so we were obliged to take fotos of their announcements, promising us our salary payments, clear communication and withdrawal without problem for both employees and users.
Disgusting liars.

@BitMartExchange My assets have been frozen on your exchange since July. No response from your customer support. I went through all the proper channels; your live chat as well as email support. I am verified and my authenticator is setup. @BitMartExchange is not allowing me to withdraw my funds.
The crypto community will NOT sit quietly while @BitMartExchange plays PR games with our hard-earned money!
No formal court filings, zero transparency, frozen user balances, and unpaid staff wages.
We demand immediate access to our funds. No more delays! 🚨

On-chain data shows USDT moving from a wallet labeled “BitMart 16” to a Kraken deposit address while affected BitMart users report being unable to withdraw their own funds.
We ask Kraken’s AML/Compliance team to urgently review these incoming transfers, identify the receiving account, preserve all KYC and transaction records, and take appropriate action if the funds are linked to suspicious activity.
Funds attributed to BitMart wallets also appear to be moving through other major exchanges. We call on @binance@okx@Bybit_Official and their compliance teams to review BitMart-related flows as well.
Please preserve all relevant records and cooperate with law enforcement if requested.

@BitMartExchange’s latest statement is nothing but a stalling scam.
They locked millions in customer assets, abandoned their employees without paychecks, and haven't even filed a formal bankruptcy in court! 🚨
Hiding behind lawyers won't save you from liability. We demand full Proof of Reserves and immediate asset distribution! 📉

🚨 How is BitMart sending 14,000 USDT from a wallet labeled “BitMart 16” to a Kraken deposit address, while users are shown a maximum 24-hour withdrawal limit of just 2,000 USDT?
⚠️ For nearly four weeks, affected users have been reporting that they cannot withdraw their funds at all. There are even public reports of withdrawals remaining stuck without a TXID since July 27.
‼️ At the same time, on-chain transactions attributed by the explorer to BitMart wallets appear to continue.
❓️ So the question is simple:
Why can funds leave BitMart-controlled wallets in amounts above the stated user withdrawal limit while customers cannot access their own money?
💲We are collecting reports from people affected by BitMart withdrawal issues for documentation and legal review.

BitMart told users a month ago it was shutting down. Now it says it may restart in phases and pay out creditors. This is why I don't leave a balance on a small exchange.
No formal bankruptcy filing, frozen user assets, and unpaid staff wages—yet @BitMartExchange claims they're "planning a restart"? 🤦♂️
Stop using restructuring as a distraction to delay payouts.
Show the wallet proof and return our assets immediately! 🔐

BitMart might reopen partially.
Meanwhile creditors wait for White & Case to tell them when they can access their own money.
That's what happens when the exchange holds your keys.
Not your keys, not your coins. Not your timeline either.
