@deathofbuckley Actually saw him getting into a Range Rover-type thing in New York last year- didn’t follow you at the time but there wasn’t that much resemblance from what I recall
@thatcymraes Would depend I suppose on how large a majority the new administration had- the larger the easier it would be to pass Acts repealing/amending the laws. There may also be a quicker way of doing it by statutory instrument but this would be more controversial. Source: Academic Lawyer
@deathofbuckley Victor Meldrew is obviously best known for his catchphrase ‘I don’t believe it!’ but I now think his lesser-known one- ‘What in the name of bloody hell!!’- is much better
@deathofbuckley Rewatched it on iplayer exactly a year ago- impressed with the level of surrealism in parts. One Foot in The Grave is also on there I think
