A lot is said about how the standard 50-minute therapy session can be too short for complex trauma—but it can also be too long. Gently building trust and the capacity to be with someone is crucial. Flexibility in the therapeutic frame is often essential.

Fantastic meeting today where we heard about improving #MentalHealth nurse curricula when MH nurse academics have autonomy to develop their ideas, but still there are universities which have ZERO mental health focused modules for mental health nursing students. #MHDeservesBetter
