@Iberia Otra vez lo mismo. Teníamos asientos confirmados en Business (01-02) para mi familia, pero en check-in nos separaron a fila 6. Iberia Cards won’t refund the stolen money in a phishing scam due to: 1) Agents’ bad advice on May 10, not canceling my card, leading to unauthorized charges. 2) A fraudulent SMS in their message thread, proving a data breach. Don’t trust Iberia Cards —their security and service are unreliable. I’ve escalated to Banco de España and Agencia Española de Protección de Datos - AEPD.
