Someone finally answered the phone at @HelpToBuy! 😭 Yesterday lunchtime I got through and the person I spoke to was so helpful and I should be able to complete on time now. The fact it was so difficult and so stressful to talk to someone though is disgracful.

I have sorted everything out because they miraculously answered the phone on my 30-something attempt!

I can't complete my new mortgage deal without a redemption statement from @HelpToBuy and I need to complete by 1st August I'll end up on standard variable rate and have to pay help to buy interest payments. All because they won't answer the phone 🤬
