@rafavaldeznefro @NephroGuy @DrJ_Fonseca En pacientes con alto riesgo cardiovascular, la probabilidad postprueba de un sestamibi negativo es muy baja. Mi propuesta es que en estos pacientes NO se hagan sestamibis (y es lo que se hace en muchos otros centros) por la tasa de falsos negativos
