How do single videos get taken down from accounts while the accounts are still active for "violating the hate speech policy," yet an account that has never commented or posted gets perma'd for the, allegedly, same reason @TeamYouTube?

Does anyone @TeamYouTube actually read these or are they just automated responses? When you ask "why" or "how," all they respond is with a generic "what" you already know.

@TeamYouTube I reviewed said guidelines, thoroughly. I ask, AGAIN, how can a channel with 0 comments, 0 posts, no history, and a few music playlists break those guidelines. A human would be able to solve this issue in 1 minute @TeamYouTube. Instead you automate your process and ignore/deflect

Is it possible to interact with an actual human being or will automated messages and ignore/deflect strategies be the only form of customer support? NO EVIDENCE. Also there's no way to verify if the emailed channel URL is actually our own.

@cphowe @TeamYouTube @YouTube @cphowe I'm also going through the same situation right now. On one of your previous posts you said how you downloaded your data to prove it but "had no data." However, in your blog post you mention you found that "two videos had indeed been uploaded." (1/2)

Is it possible to interact with an actual human who works at Youtube support? Not bots who can mistakenly flag accounts and only give automated, cookie-cutter responses?

My account got suspended for "violating the hate speech policy" despite never commenting or posting. The appeal process did not help explain the reason for the suspension. Would it be possible to see the reason for the suspension to determine if hacked or a bug?
