After 3 years with NK BSK (Croatian 2nd tier) Sth Australian Goalkeeper @DawsonBojanic (2003), after 5 weeks training / trialing with 𝙂𝙚𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙣 3. 𝙇𝙞𝙜𝙖 𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙗 𝙎𝙑 𝙒𝙖𝙡𝙙𝙝𝙤𝙛 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙢, is joining the club for the 24/25 season within the SV Waldhof II squad.

Former @FK_Beograd & @AdelBlueEagles goalkeeper @DawsonBojanic is off to German 3.Liga club SV Waldhof Mannheim after spending the past 2 seasons in the Croatian 2nd tier with NK BSK. Dawson will start with the SV Waldhof II side & pursue a contract during the Jan transfer window

As disappointing as it is, it’s great to have Sth Australian GK @DawsonBojanic back home again from Croatia.ACL reconstruction surgery in a couple of weeks and then the road to recovery with a return to club land with NK BSK in time for the European winter. #goalkeeper

@DawsonBojanic certainly took advantage of the good weather in his hometown of Adelaide, Australia while on winter break from NK BSK Bijelo Brdo in Croatia before returning to start mid-season preseason sessions on the snow covered pitches before the season recommences on Feb 17

Awesome for the NK BSK boys today to play a huge game on the hallowed turf of the historic Stadion Gradski Vrt, former home of NK Osijek prior to moving to the brand new stadium. Adelaide boy, @DawsonBojanic is again in the match day squad and will be ready to go if called upon.

Maybe not from one of the top level athletes but by the kids who are trying to emulate them weekly.

@FootballSouthAu …but how about some dedicated funding to football, both female and male…local Aussie Rules clubs have been getting funding for women’s upgrades for ages…again, the football bias and world game racism comes through and it picks up the scraps.
