Why is the LP fund even being using? You have a dev wallet for expenses.

@SirDJdaGOAT @Crypto_Titan_ you'll find I asked why 100bnb was removed from LP after it was put into the safe wallet. My question was replied to with 'we can take money from LP if we want'. Hardly a satisfying answer to be fair if you just dip into LP whenever you feel like it.
