@EastMidRailway caught 8:59 train Grantham-Liverpool. Had to change at Nottingham due to a ‘disruption’. I am a wheelchair passenger but was left sitting on the train for 10 minutes before someone came to assist. Not impressed!

@airindia thanks @airindia for cancelling my ticket w/out notifying me. Please remember that just because someone uses a wheelchair doesn’t mean they can’t control bowel movements. Asking for a doctor to confirm that I don’t have anything contagious is a scandalous question!

@airindia have been told by Twitter team that PMED with lithium battery of 122Wh and 1g lithium content is not allowed as carry-on. Air India website says it is allowed. IATA have certified device as safe. Can I bring this on board?
