March 7, 2024, 3:00 PM - Atlanta Hwy is currently shut down at 3795 (Racetrack) due to power and fiber optic lines that were pulled down possibly by a tractor trailer. E22, Car 34, and ACCPD are on scene assisting with traffic management.
Avoid the area for the next hour or so.
Firefighting operations are currently underway in the area of 325 Tallassee Road for a fire at Hogan’s Lumber. No injuries have been reported. Expect delays in the area.
Due to ongoing operations, investigations as to cause and origin of the fire has not yet begun.
