Is it more risky to send a claim to small customer centric repairer or a large independent group. Itβs not as simple as quality repair vs customer satisfaction, high cost low volume or low cost high volume. Many more variables.

Imagine no insurance approval but insurance companies sending you customers because of what you offer them and their customers.
