@Hallmark you need to have words with whoever is on the customer service online chat, I’ve had the most infuriating chat with someone this afternoon regarding an order as they weren’t reading my messages properly even after I clearly explained the situation 😩

@DVLAgovuk It won’t let me request a form and I can’t go to a large post office to get the forms due to Covid-19. Is there anywhere to download the forms and print out at home?

@DVLAgovuk had a letter to say my driving licence has expired but I can’t renew because I need to change my surname too, where and how can I do this? No answer on phone, no emails, no live chat and can’t request forms either.
