@MBTA_CR Why does the Kingston line always start out on time but is always the train that is held back for other trains to pass?? You must realize that many riders have other trains to catch once we make it to South Station, right??

@MBTA_CR So here's a question...why is it, that the Kingston 6:47am inbound line train is always held just after Braintree for other rail traffic? We are never allowed to go straight through so, for once in a very great while, we might show up on time to South Station?

@MBTA_CR The lack of communication is awful. We've just had to cram an entire train's worth of people on and we've sat at the Braintree stop for over 15 minutes and there is no one telling us a thing! You really should be ashamed.

@MBTA_CR After the dead panel comment, the very next thing was, "Tickets please!' Just awful.

@MBTA_CR All i know is the fabulous app that gives us the track number well in advance before MBTA does said this was train #1836. It's the 2nd car that had absolutely no air movement. It's awful. Typically when things are this poorly run, customers get a refund or discount but not here!

@MBTA_CR So we get to choose from boiling to death or standing while the train is moving and throwing us around like rag dolls. If only @mbtaGM Phil Eng would take a ride on the Kingston train and see what these commuters have to put up with - unbelievable.

@MBTA_CR What's also unacceptable is for an entire car on the 5:30pm Kingston bound train to have, and I quote from one of your conductors, "an entirely dead panel" so that there is no air circulating. 7 rings of Hell is cooler than this car right now. They told us to switch cars-wow.
