My SWA1335 @SouthwestAir flight is delayed 2 hours at LAX, we haven’t been given any reason, weather is fine, but meanwhile there is not a water fountain in sight, vending machines empty, and vendors all closed. This is a thirsty man’s nightmare. #SouthwestAirlines

@MarketFresh @SouthwestAir @SouthwestAir will tell you it’s weather-related and “beyond our control” just to pacify you. I’ve had an 18-hr travel day 2day fm Destin 2 Hou. Should have been 1 connection in Chicago. Arrived at MDW at 12noon. Flight change 7 times! I landed in Houston close to 11PM! 😡

@SouthwestAir Today has been a travel day from hell! Different answers to my (and other customers’) questions. Travel from Destin, FL to Houston, TX took 12+ hours??? Delay after delay after delay. I’ve literally spent 12+ hours trying to get from Florida to HOUSTON! 🤨
